Chris Abbey > My 20D, with 300mm lens, atop a bogen tripod (manfrotto 3001BD). Connecting to two is the most awesome head I've had the pleasure of using, a bogen 3D space head (manfrotto 3437). You can get that head into just about any angle and position imaginable! Seen here at a crossing of "froze-to-death creek" in Montana.
Chris Abbey > They say "Never work with children or animals". What do they know? Cats always seem willing to pose for the camera. As I was leaving for work one morning our cat was just sitting in this shaft of sunlight watching me, she even sat there while I grabbed the camera and snapped a couple shots. This was probably the first shot I'd taken with the new 20D that I felt was good enough to show others... and it shows off the camera's capabilities fairly well.
Chris Abbey > Another sample of the 20Ds capabilities, again, my favorite ever willing model (at least most of the time).
Chris Abbey > The wife and I on a flight back from Florida.

Chris Abbey > comparitve sample froma friends D-Reb.
Chris Abbey > I ran across this in the grocery store the other night in the organic section and just couldn't pass up the opportunity to catch a shot of it. Wonder what the "Plus" is that they needed to put in Brownies?
Chris Abbey > aside from a great picture of the furball, this was "first light" for the EF-S 10-22.
Chris Abbey > Another shot playing with the EF-S 10-22.
